TECH REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR STAGE PRODUCTION  “SABALI!” :

” SABALI!” in trio format : 

Stage should be  Min 15 ft. wide  x  Min 12 ft. deep and have  Min 15 ft. of headroom of to allow for acrobatics and juggling on stilts to happen. Stage should be flat and smooth enough for unicycling to happen.

The show normally requires four mics ( one for djembe drum, one for doundoun drum, and two vocal mic.s ) However the show can also be done with no mic.s at all.

*In the case of the “SABALI!” quartet, or quintet versions a vocal mic. as well as an instrument mic. could be added for each additional person.

*”SABALI!” in any format with the inclusion of the aerial cord number requires  20ft. min headroom with SECURE rigging to properly attach the cord to.

 

TECH REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASSES:

Circus class requirements:  A space of roughly  15ft. x 10 ft. min. with a headroom of 12 ft. to 15 ft. min. required.

African Dance class requirements: A space of roughly 15ft. x 15ft. min required. In the case of live drumming, loud music must be permitted on the premises. In the case of recorded music, sound system must be provided.

African percussion class requirements: A space of roughly 15ft. x 10ft. min required. Loud music must be permitted on the premises.
